Q: What is your current production time?
A: Production time varies by product. See best estimated arrival date on each listing. Message us if you need your items by a certain date and we will do our best to accomodate you!

Q: How long does shipping take?
USPS is experiencing significant shipping delays that are out of our control. Expected delivery times are as follows: Standard mail = up to 7 business days, Priority Mail = 2-3 business days, Express = 1-2 business days. We encourage you to keep these timeframes in mind when ordering.

Q: My order was returned back to you, can you re-ship it to me?
A: Deliveries that are returned to our facility as undeliverable will be re-sent to the customer for an additional shipping fee. Please verify your shipping address at checkout to avoid such instances. We will not send items back to you free of charge.

Q: Why hasn’t my item’s location updated when I check the tracking of my delivery?
A: Our preferred shipping courier is experiencing significant delays due to the Covid pandemic and often times shipments are skipped during the scan process at a post office location. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking info to update. If your item halts movement for 7 days or more, please contact us so we can sort out the issue with USPS or provide a re-shipment.
