Pyjamas Sets are made from Satin & Polyester Blend

WASHING / CARE:

The designs are printed making them suitable to be machine washed however we do recommend washing on a delicate wash and turning the garment inside out prior to placing it in the machine.

SHIPPING:

As our products are made to order we ask that you allow 2-3 Weeks for dispatch. All of our garments are ordered in as orders are placed. Once an order is dispatched we will send it out via Royal Mail or EVRI and ask that you allow 2-3 working days for the parcel to arrive (Please note that once an item is dispatched and tracking has been issued we can not predict delays that may occur for unforseen circumstances).

We currently only ship inside of the UK – please bare this in mind when placing your order.

RETURNS:

We DO NOT accept returns on our personalised products.

We will only accept returns if the product has arrived damaged, faulty or you have been sent the incorrect item. We will then either refund or send out a replacement item to you. Please ensure when you are checking out that you have not made any spelling mistakes, date errors ect prior to placing your order.
